A bit about us
At Jericho Puppies, it's all about family; our family connecting yours to the perfect puppy.
We are Henry & Mable Hershberger, and along with our children we are small scale hobby breeders with a limited number of females, which allows us to produce well socialized, friendly puppies.
I (Henry) grew up with dogs, have loved having them around all my life and, as a teenager, I raised a couple of litters with my Golden Retrievers, Ralph and Amy. After we were married, Mable and I focused more on raising our three girls and two boys (Hannah, Rebekah, Rachel, Ethan, and Jonah) rather than puppies, although we almost always had several dogs around the house, including two Boston Terriers (both named Max) and Teddy the Maltipoo.
The four oldest children are married now, with families of their own, leaving us with more time to do things like raise puppies and spend time with the grandchildren, of which there are eight.
It's been interesting getting back into breeding; meeting all the wonderful dog lovers, seeing faces light up when little boys or girls see their new puppy for the first time, and, best of all- the puppies. We just love them all! And we're sure you will, too.

THE PROCESS
Our goal is to make the process of adding a new puppy to your family as simple and straightforward as possible. Our puppies are sent home with a collar and a puppy pack of food. If you have any questions or special requests, please don't hesitate to ask.
Our puppies will be up to date on vaccinations, and will have been dewormed before leaving us. They are checked by a licensed veterinarian for any potential health issues, and we will gladly provide you with a signed copy of the health record from the vet as soon as the check is done.
We require a deposit to hold the puppy of your choice for you, and that deposit is nonrefundable unless we are unable, for any reason, to produce that puppy for you.
You are of course always welcome to pick up your puppy here, but we also offer to arrange ground and air delivery by local, reputable services. The balance of the cost, including any shipping costs, is required upon pick-up or delivery. In the case of air delivery, the balance is required one day prior to the flight.
We want to make adding a puppy to your family a positive experience, with no unpleasant surprises. Our paperwork is straightforward (view below) and there are no hidden costs.
